Returns

You have the right to return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. The cancellation period is 14 days. To do this, put a form in your package with the following information:

Your order number - Your full name and address - Reason for the return, so we know whether you want a refund of the purchase price or a replacement.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect & unworn condition.

Products that are individually tailored to the consumer cannot be exchanged. Earrings are also excluded from exchange (for hygiene reasons).

My fashion jewelry will not cover the return shipping costs.
